This is an exciting opportunity for an executive with compelling experience with special situations/turnarounds. Senior consultants with experience from top-tier consultancy firms will be considered, as well as those with demonstrable experience in special situations from a large corporation. The individual should have the ability to drive change and unlock value across complex organisations, by restructuring. that are in need of in order to join a growing team that has deployed significant capital into businesses across multiple sectors. What the job involves

• Provide impactful advice to help the turnaround process across complex organisations in the portfolio
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team
• You will be working with other senior operating partners, as well as senior investment and other senior leadership professionals to identify areas of value creation and growth opportunities through restructuring companies in the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Candidates should have restructuring / turnaround experience from a top-tier consultancy firm with significant exposure to private equity and/or senior operating experience from an international corporate that required restructuring
• Significant operational experience of driving change through the restructuring of businesses
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Credible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
