Description

The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in supporting and driving investor engagement, working across fundraising, investor communications, and reporting. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role offering broad exposure to Arrow's investment strategies, institutional investors and fundraising activities. The successful candidate will help prepare high-quality investor materials and analysis, coordinate due diligence and investor requests, maintain accurate investor information, and support the execution of fundraising initiatives and ongoing LP communications.

The role would suit someone early in their career who combines strong analytical ability and attention to detail with excellent communication, organisation and a genuine interest in private markets. Over time, the Associate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of Arrow's strategies and investor base and take increasing ownership of investor-related workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive investor engagement by assisting in the planning and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events, fostering both new and existing relationships.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining and updating investor-focused financial models, fund performance data, and investor materials.
• Proactively manage investor relationships, scheduling and participating in key discussions, providing strategic insights, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Enhance investor communications and reporting, leading workstreams for quarterly updates, investor presentations, and critical investor touchpoints.
• Improve investor experience and product positioning by identifying market trends and recommending innovative solutions for fund offerings and client service enhancements.
• Support capital-raising activities, including the preparation of capital calls, investor case studies, and quarterly reports, while playing a key role in fundraising preparations.
• Attend due diligence meetings, address follow-up queries, and manage requests from both existing and prospective investors.
• Maintain a robust investor relations infrastructure, ensuring that CRM systems, investor databases, and reporting tools are up to date and effectively managed.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, aligning investor communications and reporting with risk management and transparency requirements.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and investment professionals to drive efficiency in investor reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, private equity, private credit, real estate, asset management, investment banking, consulting, placement advisory or a related financial services environment.
• Strong academic background and a demonstrable interest in private markets, investing and institutional fundraising.
• Excellent analytical skills, with confidence working with financial and investment data and the ability to develop a strong understanding of fund performance and portfolio information.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and intellectually curious, with a willingness to take ownership, ask questions and develop a detailed understanding of Arrow's investment strategies and investors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions, levels of seniority and European markets.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional, responsive and service-oriented approach when dealing with both internal stakeholders and investors.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous but are not essential.
