PM Credit Delivery Manager
Join us as a Credit Delivery Manager in Portfolio Management
What you'll do
This role will see you delivering a seamless and continuously improving credit delivery for existing and new business. You'll be working on the end-to-end credit delivery process, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders to make sure information is shared, timescales are adhered to and escalations are managed effectively. As well as this, you'll be managing key stakeholders to build and strengthen customer relationships and achieve great customer outcomes.

In this role, you'll need a Diploma in Lending Skills and experience of working in the banking or finance industry in a regulatory and commercial environment. You'll have strong experience in applying risk management disciplines, and will understand how regulatory, political, reputational and environmental issues impact your division.

- Take on a new role, where you'll be supporting your team in all aspects of credit delivery activity for customers
- You'll be providing insights and trend data to help shape the new business agenda, and managing credit report writing and risk modelling

What you'll do

You'll be working on the end-to-end credit delivery process, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders to make sure information is shared, timescales are adhered to and escalations are managed effectively. As well as this, you'll be managing key stakeholders to build and strengthen customer relationships and achieve great customer outcomes.
In the course of your work, you'll be:
- Supporting your team with post deal handover for existing and new business
- Managing credit report writing and risk modelling, making sure we're considering capital optimisation during deal structuring
- Providing input to the capital allocation and approval process and liaising with senior colleagues when needed
- Helping to implement the portfolio management operating model and structure
The skills you'll need
In this role, you'll need a Diploma in Lending Skills and experience of working in the banking or finance industry in a regulatory and commercial environment. You'll have strong experience in applying risk management disciplines, and will understand how regulatory, political, reputational and environmental issues impact your division.
You'll also be expected to have:
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial credit risk and lending principles
- The ability to work with limited supervision on routine credit delivery activity and to work to client deadlines and expectations
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience of relevant legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations and risk management
- Knowledge of banking systems, processes and products
