Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large telecommunications organisation.

This is a senior role working across Sales & Fulfilment, helping to shape customer journeys, business capabilities and the processes required to support a more scalable and consistent customer experience.

The Role

You will work across business, product and technology teams to understand complex requirements, shape solutions and drive change across a large-scale transformation programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Mapping and improving end-to-end customer journeys and business processes.
• Working across multiple products and capabilities to identify opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
• Supporting the development of scalable sales and ordering capabilities.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations and the wider business.
• Translating strategic objectives and complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable outcomes.
• Defining epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
• Facilitating workshops and bringing together stakeholders from multiple business and technical areas.
• Developing reusable approaches, frameworks and best practices for business analysis.
• Providing leadership and guidance to other Business Analysts where required.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant experience working as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst within a large-scale transformation environment.
• Strong experience within Telecommunications / Telco.
• Proven experience delivering complex business analysis across large transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales processes and fulfilment/order management.
• Experience working across multiple products, capabilities and business functions.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous and complex environments, bringing structure to strategic problems.
• Strong Agile experience, including epics, features, user stories and requirements definition.
• Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams.
