Title: Project Executive - Industrial / EPC Construction

Summary
The Project Executive leads a portfolio of large-scale industrial Design-Build and Process EPC construction projects. This role will oversee multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams while partnering closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Lead executive-level project meetings, presentations, negotiations, and change management discussions
• Oversee development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, and staffing strategies
• Establish and manage project procurement strategies and approve major contracts and buyout decisions
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule, cost, and operational impacts
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, performance, and adherence to standards
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction leadership roles (Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar)
• Strong background in industrial construction, EPC, and/or Design-Build project delivery
• Proven success leading large, complex capital projects with full P&L responsibility
• Expertise in scheduling, cost management, procurement, and change management
• Proficiency with project management and ERP systems (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and risk management practices
