PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Hardware Acquisition Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System's (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
- Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
- Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
- Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
- Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance.
- Of required three years of experience, at least two years of experience in Navy ERP to include analyzing controlling, planning, organizing, budgeting, administering or managing project or activity.
Education:
- Bachelor's, no degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; Associate degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelors
