What You'll Do

Your work will feed the decisions executives can't afford to get wrong.

Here's the day to day: you'll get a problem that isn't fully defined, and your job is structuring the question, setting the path forward, and guiding the team from analysis to recommendation. You'll dig into data, pressure-test insights, and turn findings into clear, actionable perspectives for clients. You'll work independently and collaboratively with a project team, lead workstreams, and communicate recommendations to executives, helping shape agendas that turn bold ambitions into tangible outcomes. You'll be expected to think, not just execute, bringing a perspective into every conversation.

The questions you'll wrestle with live at the heart of how organizations actually function:

• How should we restructure our workforce as AI reshapes what work means, and how do we bring people through that change without losing momentum?
• How does the CFO build a finance function that's a true strategic partner, not a reporting machine? What operating model gives a business the agility to execute its strategy at scale?
• How should a company rethink its physical footprint and infrastructure in a world that keeps shifting underneath it?
• How do we move beyond automating old processes to reimagining what's possible with agentic AI?

Where You'll Focus

We advise Fortune 500 clients across all industries, serving both Corporate and Private Equity sponsors. That range is intentional. You'll build on your experience to solve client problems that are not always familiar or defined. Early on, you'll move across industries and problem types. Over time, that breadth turns into depth: you'll build real expertise within a strategy path and sharpen your ability to frame recommendations, assess risks, and communicate implications directly to CXOs, business unit leaders, and other executives.

If you thrive on solving high-impact, industry-specific operations challenges, this is where strategy ignites transformation and carries it through to delivery. Here, you'll shape your career around deep industry specialization, designing and delivering best-in-class solutions that drive operational excellence.

Infrastructure & Real Estate Strategy: Advise clients on how to plan, manage, optimize, and transform location footprint as well as physical assets over their full lifecycle. Here, you will help clients unlock greater value from their talent footprint, real estate portfolio and their capital projects through portfolio strategy, location selection, operating model, org design, and tech enablement.

The Team

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program
• 3+ years of full-time work experience
• S trong academic track record
• You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $3,557 per week.
