DWS is seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Consultant / Senior Full Stack Data Engineer to support a diverse customer base across enterprise scale data environments. This role will see you working across clients existing on-premise solutions, delivering enhancements and improvements, and contributing to their transition towards modern, cloud-based data solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable and high-quality data solutions, leveraging core Microsoft data technologies including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure data platform , alongside Databricks , Python , SSIS/SSRS and Power BI to build impactful data platforms and compelling reporting solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong experience working across data and analytics environments
• Deep expertise within the Microsoft data stack including SSIS & SSRS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI
• Experience delivering modern data platform solutions using Microsoft Fabric / lakehouse architectures
• Demonstrable skills in Python & PySpark
• Proven capability supporting and enhancing on-premise data solutions
• Demonstrated experience delivering cloud migration initiatives to Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub, including CI/CD for data platforms
• Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, or warehouse patterns)
• Very strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability; confident to engage and liaise directly with clients autonomously
• Ability to design, build and optimise scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as DP-203 or DP-700 are highly regarded
