OUR TRADE FINANCE TEAM DELIVERS THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL BACKBONE FOR TRADE FINANCE AND LOAN TRANSACTIONS, ENSURING ACCURATE, TIMELY SUPPORT FOR A WIDE RANGE OF CORPORATE BANKING ACTIVITIES. WE'RE LOOKING FOR MANAGER WITH PROVEN, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN TRADE FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LOAN OPERATIONS WHO ENJOYS OWNING PROCESSES, SOLVING ISSUES QUICKLY, AND WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL AND GLOBAL STAKEHOLDERS.

EXPERIENCE IN SYNDICATED LOAN OPERATIONS AND/OR WORKING IN A FACILITY AGENT CAPACITY IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE. Job Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end trade operations processing, including system input, verification, and authorization checks in relevant banking platforms.
• Conduct thorough trade document checking to ensure compliance with internal procedures and transaction requirements.
• Overseas the processing related to common trade finance products such as Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, and trade settlements (as applicable).
• Manage syndicated loan operational activities, including transaction processing, drawdowns, repayments, cash movements, and related reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain internal and external operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Review with day-to-day operational tasks such as reconciliations, tracking, follow-ups, and documentation filing.
• Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives (e.g., workflow enhancements, documentation updates, control checks).
• Support adherence to operational risk controls, compliance requirements, and audit-ready documentation standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the banking industry, with strong exposure to Trade Finance and/or Lending operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or related disciplines.
• Certified Documentary Credit Specialist is preferred and will be an advantage.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken) are required for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, analysis, and presentations.
• A collaborative team player who works well across functions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly and professionally.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and controls.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent time management, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
